Bus Meltdown

A couple of days ago bus 67 burned up the starter, the starter wire harness and both batteries and the jumper wires between the 2 batteries.  Yesterday I spent the remainder of my morning and early afternoon manufacturing a replacement starter wire harness.  Today I assisted Tom on the reassembly of bus 67.

 This is what a new starter and new harness and ground strap look like.  Notice the frost plug right above the solenoid how discolored it is from the heat of the starter.
